On third thought, I concur. It is a penguin. The stance is undoubtedly penguin-like. And, as Rob says, it says it is a penguin. I’m so glad.

For the record, it is my belief as the curator who obtained this object, that is a penguin. Also, the story says it is a penguin. Therefore it is hard to deny that it must be a penguin.
